A nice cossack dagger (caucasian type) XX century. Blade has 3 fullers and author's stamp. Wooden hilt with neusilver decorative pins, white metal lap, beautiful ornament. Metal scabbard, beautiful ornament as well. Total length: 41.2cm Blade length: 26.2cm In 1903-1904 were decided to accept one type of shashka and dagger. According to Atamans opinion were decided to keep the same blade but feel free with decoration. That's why we can see great work done on simple daggers.
